How to get started
From sign-up to live listings in a matter of days
1 Choose your tier
Select Listing or Premium. Complete the sign-up form and enter your payment details.
Your first payment includes the €50 setup fee plus your first month’s subscription. Your monthly fee continues from the following month.
2 Property details
Once signed up you will receive a confirmation email with a short form to complete.
Tell us about your property — location, size, price, description and photos. We handle everything from there.
3 Listing goes live
We create your listing on Overseas Property Listings and submit to your agreed portal network.
We will confirm when everything is live — typically within two to three business days.
4 Enquiries to you
When a buyer enquires on your property, their details are sent directly to your email address.
You respond and manage the relationship from there. Overseas Property Global takes no commission on any sale.
